Mr. Achinta Prasad Akhouri is a distinguished figure in the rubber and chemical industry, with a career spanning over five decades. His journey began in 1966 as the Regional Marketing Manager at DCM, where he handled products like rayon, tyre yarn, cord, and fabrics. Serving major tyre manufacturers across India, this role marked his entry into the rubber industry and laid the foundation for his illustrious career.

Mr. Akhouri has been deeply associated with key industry organizations, including the Indian Rubber Institute (IRI) and the All India Rubber Institute (AIRI), since 1970. He served as the Honorary Secretary and Treasurer of the IRI Governing Council and as the Honorary Secretary of AIRI's Kolkata branch, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the industry and fostering community collaboration.

After leaving DCM in 1974, Mr. Akhouri embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, marketing products of globally renowned brands such as ICI Rubber Chemicals, Godrej Chemicals, and Deepak Nitrate in Eastern India. His strategic foresight and marketing acumen led to the establishment of Raei Polymer and Chemicals Co. in 1986, a milestone that revolutionized the industry in the region.

In recognition of his invaluable contributions, Mr. Akhouri has been honored by prestigious organizations, including AIRI, IRI, and Parker Lords, for his visionary leadership and impact on the rubber and chemical sectors.

Today, under his guidance, Raei Polymer and Chemicals Co. continues to uphold his legacy of innovation, excellence, and industry leadership.

Driven by her passion for creating impact, she pursued a career in law, equipping herself with the skills to navigate complex business challenges.
